Originally I wanted to purchase a router from Cisco only to learn anyone sane should never purchase anything ever from Cisco. I was attempting to try to save money but no all I got was a serious case of heartburn never receiving my router. I was promised over and over again that the router I purchased was to be sent out the same day I purchased it only to learn that the manager I spoke to was drunk at 9:30AM PST. He slurred his words and promised me but what I learned later once an order has been placed and is in the Cisco system; and act of God cannot move it, change it, cancel it, in fact NOTHING can be done. I complained many times and was promised a call supposedly from "an executive response manager" who was to call me the same day I complained only to get his call some 48 hours later as he was worried about me as a customer and wanted to make sure he called. All he said he would do was to take notes about my ordeal never offering any resolution to my problem. I am sure all he did was to throw his notes away nothing will ever be done to protect the next fool who wants to purchase anything from Cisco. So my fellow readers beware if you want to ruin a good day go ahead and call them for after their treatment of you will surely ruin your good day! Go anywhere else but Cisco beware you will not ever be treated as a valuable customer no you will be treated as if you are the most insignificant being that ever existed. Thanks for listening.
Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly
Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
