Cisco Cable box RNG200

I came back from vacation to find a problem with my cable boxes. (Comcast is my carrier). I was not having a problem receiving the signal/shows, however, when I brought up the guide, or tried to get info on any show, all it said was "to be announced" for every show at every time. I had tv1/box1 set to record some shows, and they were recorded, but again, when I brought up the list of recorded shows, the title of the show appeared as "to be announced". I have 2 TVs and was having the problem with both.
