Looks like a call to Cisco is required.

I am going to suspect you will need a service contract. Unfortunately they will not sell just a software contract only one that include both hardware and software so they tend to be expensive.

In general the lightweight mode is a upgrade so they may allow you to download the base code. You will need to get a cisco CCO account (free) and then dig though the support download pages. There are some images they allow you to download without a service contract but I don't know if wireless ones are on the list. The file I think you want is

If that does not work you can either get a service contract, cost about 1/3 of the list price, or buy the 12.4 upgrade version of the IOS.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
