Cingular with Motorola V600?

I signed up this summer and went through three V600's until Cingular decided to give me a V400 until a new batch of V600 will come in...one week, two week tops. That was months ago. I've been lied to, too many times and haven't been given a V600 back, and no word when I will. So I've just filed a suit to obtain a refund.
Has anyone else received this kind of treatment from Cingular?

The Motorola V600 is not coming back to Cingular. It has been replaced already. Give customer svc a call back, they have a special dept. that handles questions/problems w/ the V600.

I had the same problem. I didn't want the v400 and I told them that would not solve the problem.

Call this number and tell them what the problem is.

They exchanged my broken v600 with a new updated one and the new one works just fine.
