Cingular stinks

Feb 21, 2006 3:38PM PST

As a previous ATT customer I at least had coverage at my home location. Cingular came in and now it's next to nothing. I loose signal and frankly the phone is unusable unless I go to my backyard. This is a seasonal issue that Cingular can't do anything about. I'd like a way to get out from a service that isn't up to snuff without major penalties. Along with that I'd like to find a better service but I will request the use of the phone for 24 hours before committing to a plan and I'll make sure I check it out during the summer months. My biggest gripe about cell phones is getting out of the contract. The penalties are way too big.
