I have been a Cingular customer for almost 11 years (it will be 11 years in september) I am here to tell you that cingular customer service is the worse. as soon as my refinancing of my house goes thru I am switching to VERIZON. I do not know about T-Mobile. but stay away from cingular even if you have to use tin cans and a string. I talked to a Mr. Martin in the office of the president of cingular and i told him my complaints. also told him that I will be switching to VERIZON WIRELESS. CINGULAR CAN YOU
HEAR ME KNOW GOOD
So I have been a long time Sprint PCS customer. The reception overall has been satisfactory, but I have never liked the customer service or phone selection. So I've decided to switch carriers. I went and picked up the new Motorola Razr V3, and signed up with Cingular service. So far wherever my sprint phone worked, my cingular either works, or has even more reception, then previous.
But I have read through some forums, and they're seems to be alot of complaints in regards to customer service and support, on Cingular. When I hae spoked with them, they seemed to be quite good, especially in comparison to Sprint PCS.
I've also looked at T-Mobile, but they did not have the RAZR available in their lineup. Also, I have friends that are on T-Mobile and I always seem to have trouble hearing them.
So here's my question....should I stick with Cingular, or should I look at T-Mobile, as an option? It seems that Cingular has some real growing pains, in the beginning of their merger with ATT, but from my initial experience, they have been real curteous, and tend to answer after just a few rings.
But do you guys know something that I might not, as far as the comparisons between Cingular and T-Mobile. I'd love to get feedback. Which is on is better??
