AM Talk Radio where they pay him a fortune to talk gibberish and where nobody can follow his leaps of logic anyway. The man is wealthy beyond the dreams of avarice, but not beyond the dreams of Rush or the Oil execs or Wall Street types for whom a new word needs to be coined. Rich beyond the dreams of the morally bankrupt. That's at least close.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
