CIC920W does't sends emails

my product is the CIC920W IPcam from cnetusa.com
Firmware Version H6500-WX-1.00.13-80124-A8

IP Configuration
IP Address 192.168.2.111
Subnet Mask 255.255.0.0
Default Gateway 192.168.2.1

DNS Configuration
DNS server address:
Primary DNS server 201.701.132.137
Secondary DNS server 201.701.132.138

HTTP port: 20056

DDNS is activ and its connects to a router and portforwarding is activ. i can reach the cam over the internet, everything ok.
i setup the E-Mail Configuration:

Mail Server: smtp.1und1.de
Mail Sender xxx@xxx.de
Mail Receiver xxx@xxx.de
SMTP Authentication YES
User Name: xxx@xxx.de
Password xxxxx

Enable Motion Detection and Send e-mail ON.

username and password are correct im sure.
but it does not sends emails by a Motion Detection.

what i do wrong?
cnet support said you cant use webmail accounts, but what kind
of accounts can i use then? is there someone who do this email notification succuessful.

No connection at all.

In closing, no error message so I'd have to guess you set it up wrong.

what do u mean? everything works fine.
it only does not sends emails by a Motion Detection

The Cnet forums are for CNETUSA products. They are not.

As to your issue, the product looks defective from your description. Make it a warranty issue.

You claim it works but then you write it doesn't. Sorry but a few join Cnet and then "demand" support for CNETUSA products. I hope you learn this is not a CNETUSA support forum.
