CIA fires employee for alleged leak

Agency spokesman Paul Gimigliano said an officer had been fired for having unauthorized contacts with the media and disclosing classified information to reporters, including details about intelligence operations.

Sorry, Dave, before you are allowed access to classified material you must read and sign a document that informs you that unauthorized disclosure is against the law, citing the applicable laws and penalties for violation.
