When searching thru Chrome this comes up and I cannot open up anything with that browser.
I'm am able to use internet explorer.

A network change was detected.
ERR_NETWORK_CHANGED

I try the retry button and if it fails I copy the URL and close the tab then open another tab and enter the URL (Control C then control V).

It appears to be something new in this last version or so and annoying but you can report it to the Google bug site. Here I'll share my workaround that sometimes works. Since I have other browsers this is a non-event for me.
