Choosing the better gaming pc.

Hey guys, i'm looking to make a solid gaming rig for pretty cheap and i'm looking at a couple barebone rigs. I need your help deciding which one is the better deal in giving me better performance. They are both $300 dollars, keep in mind i have an ATI Radeon HD 3450 I can use if you are wondering that for the first choice along with 3gb of ram.

So both are $300 dollars basically just deciding if the video card for the VISION rig is worth taking it over the Intel, thanks guys.

take you too far in the gaming world with only a 350W PSU. Most high performance gaming cards (GPUs) require more wattage...400-500W and up.
