I can't tell what the use you intend for this PC but 128GB can go fast today.
The non-touch XPS 13 is a CNET favorite so read http://www.cnet.com/products/dell-xps-13-non-touch-2015/
Hello!
I am looking for a new laptop and am having a hard time deciding between a few that are on sale on the microsoft store website (Canada).
I'm looking for a light machine with a long enough battery life (6 hrs absolute minimum, the longer the better), that allows me to do basic things like microsoft office/streaming and downloading videos without giving me any trouble. I don't really want to spend more than $1000, and would like to spend less than that.
The ones I'm considering are the Asus Aspire r13 (128 SSD, 8 RAM) - $600 - http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msca/en_CA/pdp/Acer-Aspire-R-13-R7-371T-59ZK-Signature-Edition-Laptop/productID.314424400
Samsung Ativ Book 9 (256 SSD, 8 RAM) - $900 - http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msca/en_CA/pdp/Samsung-ATIV-Book-9-NP930X2K-Signature-Edition-Laptop/productID.319250800
Also was looking at the Asus Zenbook and the Dell XPS 13... I'm leaning towards ordering the asus r13 today (it's a one day sale), but I'm not sure if I'm giving up too much in exchange for $300 (say for the samsung) less that I will regret later on?
Any advice would be really appreciated.
Thanks,
Alexia
