I am not sure what you mean by "full body camera".

I assume you mean a camera that looks like a DSLR (digital single lens reflex) camera.
Such cameras, usually offer you more manual controls, viewfinders and LCD screens, more optical zoom and are easier to hold steady. The price range is about $200 - $500.

The very small camera usually do not have viewfinders and manual controls. And the amount of optical zoom is more limited. There are a few exceptions that do have viewfinders and manual controls but they will be at the high end of the price scale. Due to their light weight and shape, small cameras are more difficult to hold steady. The price range is $120 - $500. The small camera that fits in a shirt pocket is much easier to carry and you are more likely to carry it to more places.

There is no advantage to either type of camera when it comes to picture quality.
