ChoiceMail One Spam Program

I use the ChoiceMail One Spam program and have a question. I emailed their tech support 4 times but they won't give me a simple answer. I need to reset the settings like they were when I just installed the program (no rules, no white list, no black list, etc.)
I basically want to reconfigure the program so I can start getting certain messages that I'm missing.
I don't want to uninstall and reinstall the program to reset the settings. There has to be an easier way.
Can anyone help? THANKS!!!!

Don't Believe Their Tech Support

Tech support is telling me to uninstall and reinstall the program. Thats stupid!!!! There's got to be an easier way!
