Another live CD has a CHKDSK so that would stick in the same spot.
-> Stop cleaning Windows. Stop using registry cleaners and "finding" commands. Sure, if you want to try such be sure your backups are current.

Hi. Today I wanted to clean my computer and I found the command: `chkdsk C: /f /x /r`, so I tried it. I let it until progress gets to 12% and I thought it was stuck. So I restarted the system and the checking started again. I'm sure that I'm not the first person that makes this stupid thing. Then, after another restart, the screen turned blue with some interrupt lines on background. So I tried to solve it using System Repair and it worked, but I let the computer to scan and fix until the progress is 12%. Here, I let it work, but after 1-2 hours, it restarts and shows the blue screen again. What can I do about this? Any way to solve it without reinstalling windows? If I repair it using live cd it will work? I heard that I can destroy the hard disk with my mistake..I don't know if it's true or not. Thanks
