i ran the chkdsk on my c:/ drive and it said 25156 through 25167 file record is unreadable and 25824 through 25827 file record is unreadable what does this mean? i did chkdsk through the run option in the start menu. it said that i was only in the read only mode. im running a ntfs system. It wont let me defrage. what do i do it also says in my error log under the help and support that the file system structure on the disk is currupt and unusable please run the chkdsk utility on volume c:\. but than when i do it talks about all the unreadable file records. what do i do please help.
