China moves to block 656 spam servers

Spamwatch Fighting the good fight

CHINA IS ATTEMPTING TO SHOW George Bush how to deal with spam by publishing a blacklist of 656 spam servers across the world and setting them a deadline by which they have to stop sending junk mail into the territory.

Xinhua news agency said the Internet Society of China will monitor the 656 servers and if they continue sending junk mail after March 20, they will be blocked.
