If that's true, then you have a blown head gasket.
I have been having problems with my pickup. When I put pressure on the brakes and the speed drops to about 30, the truck starts to lurch forward and backwards. The RPM needles drop low fast then goes back up then drops again, sometimes past 1000 RPM. If it is at night, I can see the interior lights on the dash dim. The problem is that sometimes when the truck does that it will just stall. I lose power steering and the battery light comes on and the truck rolls to a stop. After turning it off, I am able to restart the truck. Usually a strong smell of gasoline is in the air. I have just recently had the truck looked at. It got new spark plugs and wires and a new distributor cap. They found that gasoline was leaking into the oil through a fuel injection. They performed a clean through of the gas line and poured a mixture into the gas tank to run through and the truck seemed to drive a little better. But then it started stalling again. Any thoughts please?
