An illegal hike?

In reply to: An illegal hike??

No mention of hiking the ball between the legs to the QB....as long as it's "backward" no problem with over the shoulder backward.

A scrimmage down begins with a snap, where the center throws or hands the ball backward to one of the backs, usually the quarterback.
