GIGABYTE GA-P55A-UD3 SATA ATX Intel Motherboard

Intel Core i5-750 2.66GHz LGA 1156 95W Quad-Core Processor

G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 (PC3 10666)

I already have a XFX Geforce 7950 GT Vid Card that I will just use

I already have a 650 Watt or 550 Watt powersupply that I will run with this as well

-Let me know what you guys think or what I should change

looks fine but the 7950 is pretty old

don't expect it to be a gamer. and unless you're getting a great price on the "ripjaws" ram, stick with the best deal you can get on ddr3-1333.
