Perhaps this issue can be resolved by downloading the latest firmware from easytech. I'm not sure though.
hi everyone, i'm new here.
a couple of months ago i bought a 1G mp3/4 player on ebay. it actually has no brand name on it, and i bought it form a place called 'easytech'.
it was very cheap of course, and i realize now that you get what you pay for.
anyway its been playing fine, but a week ago, i was loading some songs into it, when i got the message that i couldn't do that anymore as the player was full. this was not the case as i only had about 40 tracks in it. i deleted the songs on it, but still got the 'full' message, and also told that there were 'no files' as well!
i contacted 'easytech' and they told me to reformat it, by plugging it in to my pc, going to my computer, uing FAT and not FAT32. i've done this but nothing has changed and i still cannot use the player at all.
could someone help please?? thanks.
