I have seen ads for $1/month hosting. Are these reliable?

you get what you pay for. It costs a certain amount of money to have Web servers. That money has to come from somewhere, and if it's not coming from the consumer, it's not coming from anywhere. This means that the host is taking a "short cut" somewhere, whether it's cheaper equipment, having more customers than they can handle, less support, etc... the host has to cut the budget somewhere in order to make money, which in the end, will come at the expense of the consumer. So you might as well save yourself a hassle and get something a little nicer.

This is not to say that all cheap hosts are bad, just be aware.

At that price, you will get web hosting service however it will not be very good. I would try GDI Web Solutions at www.gdiwebsolutions.com. I have found the prices to be great and web hosting packages are amazing.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
