Channel programming a LN32A300

Bought this Samsung for my son for Xmas. Did the auto programming for chaqnnels and it did not pick up the local 720 resolution channels. such as 13.1, 13.4 etc. or any other hd freen channels. What did we miss in channel programming? My other Panasonci and Toshiba programmed these channels without problems. Any help is appreciated. JGS
