Changing Outlook server for multiple users

OK folks, I have some computers with 50 or so users per unit, the can not check their e-mail because recently switched to a new outlook server. I need to change outlook server on all of their profiles. Does anyone know how to do this with out having to get each person to log in to modify their settings. They are running outlook 2003.
