Changing Name Of System Folder in Documents & Settings

OK, my problem is that I just installed a new hard drive on my cpu and thus had to reinstall Windows XP. On my older hd, my documents was located in Documents and Settings under my name (the name of the folder was my name). Now, after reinstalling, the name of the folder is "owner" instead of my name. Is there any way I can switch this? The reason I need to do so is because I have music playlists set up that reflect files that were originally located in the older folder, not the newly named "owner" and it's a pain to have to redirect all the playlists. I created a new profile on my cpu with my name and it's the only one that exists so is there any way to switch this so that it reflects the name of the user?

I wld suggest copying the My Documents folder under D & S (owner) and moving it to the desktop and then renaming it when it is on the desktop and then deleting the one still in D & S (owner)
