Changing My E-Mail Address

I` have Yahoo E-mail and wonder if I can create a new address, with all old mail forwarded to my new Yahoo address.If so, is there a charge? I understand Gmail does this for $20 a year. There simply is no way for me to contact all the people, agencies, businesses, etc. for my new address.

but you will need to research this more yourself, and perhaps contact Yahoo.

The term used is 'auto-forwarding' and I found this at Yahoo about auto-forwarding from Yahoo emial accounts;
