You can do it from within your Profile
Sep 9, 2008 7:46AM PDT

Just click the "my profile" link top right of the web page and you will see an option to update your email address or name.

You may have to log in again, for security reasons.

You should receive a confirmation e-mail...

I forget if it's sent to your old (for security reasons) or new (for your convenience) e-mail address, but you should receive a confirmation e-mail within a few hours. Youcan also check manually by logging out and then attempting to log back in using your new e-mail address and password.

Hope this helps,
John

if you have set your Forum Preferences here to receive email alerts whenever any one posts in these or other threads you are tracking, then the email should be sent to your new email address.
