Changing Hard drive for Compaq 2175US

Hi

I need to change Hard Drive on my Compaq Presario 2175US notebook.

I will greate appreciate it, if somebody can send me instructions to do so. I not much of tech guy, but no basics..

Is this something, I should try myself or goto Geek Squad or something..
