So i changed the PSU and i took the pc start button/restart/leds etc.. wires out from the motherboard too. After i installed it i putted my old GTX 660 card in it and turned it on the GTX 660 just bursted in actuall flames now i took out the GPU completely and the PC turns on automatically when i turn on the PSU. The leds near the start button works everything seems ok but the pc doesnt start or shutdown clicking the power button and when i turn off the pc in my system pc automatically turn back on.

Also have bought a new r9 390 and afraid to put it in so it wouldnt burst in flames too, what could be my problem?
