hi, just bought a new laptop loaded with window7 english. i would like to change this to french.(one or the other in canada as mentioned by the sales person) this computer came preloaded so no disk are available to reload. can anybody help? thanks & good day.

Another option is a language pack- but you would need to be using Windows 7 Ultimate of Enterprise to utilize this: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/products/features/language-packs.
