Change the Colour of the Taskbar

I was able to change the colour of the taskbar from black into a colour with a touch of pint and also the same colour with the sidebar. I did not mind remebering how i changed it. And then recently i accidentaly changed my theme into the CLASSIC and then i changed it to the WINDOWS VISTA STANDARD... but the taskbar?s colour was not customizable anymore.It is back to DARK BLACK... How can i change it again. I?ve read that in WV Home Basic it is NOT possible to change the colour of the taskbar but i really done it before. Luckily I took a screenshot of my desktop because i posted it in a forum.. =)
