Change Tab Name (Like in Unix)

Is there a way (application\patch) to change the tabs names in the task bar?

If by tabs you mean

If by tabs you mean the open window/program buttons on the taskbar, then no, there's no way to change that short of changing the name of the program. I'm also unaware of any X11 window manager that can do this with a pager app, so maybe if you could give an example of the window manager/desktop environment that can do this, it would help.

When openning new shell you change is name.
I want to do the same in windows. (not only for CMD prompt)

Ah, that's a function of the program (probably Konsole) not of the operating system or even desktop environment/window manager. It might be possible with specific programs, but it's not a universal feature, even in *nix land.

Dynamite may be more friendly than this.

The toolbar in Windows would have to be replaced. But it's not as dire you would first think. Try this. Write your new toolbar then rather than replace the Windows toolbar just set the stock Windows toolbar to hide and not be on top.

Viola. More fun and safer than dynamite.
