I'd love to check the drivers but the details are too slim. There are folk that get upset when I reveal that we can't use that "Driver Udpate" button in Windows.

I've lost count of when it didn't work. In fact, I wish they had never put it in.

No worries! The computer itself is at a different location than I am currently at, so I wouldn't be able to help you with the driver installation anyway. :/ I will give OkiData a call to see if they are able to figure it out. Thanks so much for the response,
