I have the same problem as the following link, just between a Windows 7 computer vs. an Oki Data 490 ML 24-pin Dot Matrix printer. I check and all the drivers have been installed correctly. Any ideas?

Hi Bob,
Thanks so much for the response. I will check on that and give you an update.
I'd love to check the drivers but the details are too slim. There are folk that get upset when I reveal that we can't use that "Driver Udpate" button in Windows.
I've lost count of when it didn't work. In fact, I wish they had never put it in.
