Change of address

Jun 25, 2004 11:19PM PDT

Recently I had to get rid of two viruses and a Trojan from my system (ME). It left me with compromised address. My Mailwasher works overtime getting rid of "returned" mails -some are rather nasty, accusing me of sending them a virus! That means I have to change my address - which I can do. But notifying numerous contacts is a different matter.
My question is:- what is the most logical sequence of actions to get the job done without loosing any of the e-mails?
