With what you've posted, you just install the new drive on the primary channel and install the OS.
The drive will come with install notes, and installing the OS varies with the OS a little, but most will install on IDE easy, then depending on the OS, you get drivers...

I currently have 2 Scsi hd, each 9.1GB(WD wide SCSI)on my PC. I want to replace these with the latest EIDE HD
because the later are cheaper and the current ones are nearly full.I have 2 unused IDEA slots.
Can anybody please advice me if this change is possible and how do I go about implementing it?
