Before I continue, that email address you posted is going to cause you problems if forum bots find it in their regular trawls of forums. They will pick it up and start sending you spam.
I've asked the forum Admin to edit the address out for you. I hope I am in time.
What is the problem with Adobe's Flash Player? It works fine for me in the web sites I visit that has embedded videos.
Or do you mean something else?
I also use VLC player for playing .flv videos on my computer, but I am not sure it will play .swf flash videos.

Having begun this journey last December I've concluded that ADOBE has
usurped the entire Internet and is laughing about it. Trying everything
I could google up have only managed to destroy my Vista installation
and am now starting from 0 and installing WinXP. I challenge anyone
to suggest solution and or at least offer some direction on this
intractable problem. Graham R. Barnes
