It seems that people are actually searching for pests, virus, trojans to install on their machines today. Please do a little research before you reinstall something that really does damage.

First, please run the free online virus scan from one of the links below:
Trend Micro's Housecall Online Scan
Panda Antivirus Online Scan
After that, please download, install, and run the free spyware removal tools below. After installing them, make sure to update them from within their own user interface. Delete all spyware that they find.

is this a bad file? i didn't know. the reason i asked this question is when i ran norton system check it said that the file was missing. so i thought it was a needed file.
If you run the suggested spyware and antivirus programs, they may detect the registry call that is causing the error message. Once again, I'd suggest running those programs. If the file was previously deleted because it was a dangerous file, and the registry entry still remains behind, you will frequently get an error because the registry doesn't find what it's looking for. Cleaning up the registry entry will probably eliminate the error message and you should be fine.
Still, it's a good idea to double check to be safe.
Hope this helps.
