CellularChoices.net INPHONIC strikes yet again

Aug 11, 2005 2:59AM PDT

I exchanged two motorola cell phones worth $600. They gave me an RMA number and said i could get a full refund since its within 30 days.

I returned the phones a few days after getting the RMA number, and after recieving the replacement phones.

They recieved the returned materials, but will not refund the money because
"the phones came into the warehouse only on the 36th day".
Thier unwritten/undocumented policy is that the phones must be back in the warehouse within 30 days.

Nowhere on the website it says so...its just a another well rehearsed scam...i thought small time operators did this...not million $ operations...i wish i had cancelled my order!

$600 in the hole...i am thinking of suing in small claims.
