cellular plan for ipad and iphone

Was looking to buy refurbished ipad with wifi and cellular. Already an ATT customer, so if I sign up for cellular with them for my ipad will that also cover iphone, or will I need different cellular plan for each

....officially have only one plan for two devices. However, with a wifi connection a VOIP like Skype or Vonage would allow you to avoid paying for a monthly cellular phone #. You could pay for a wifi connection on the iPad. Let us know what happens.

And find that I rarely need to use the cellular function of the iPad. I buy it on a monthly basis as, and when, I need to.
I'm using it now, sitting on the beach in NC, watching Hurricane Sandy go on its way up the east coast.

99% of the time I am able to use wi-fi to communicate

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
