Cell service

Shut down the cell service in this country for 7 days and watch what happens.

I suspect utter chaos.

Don't take away the voice capability

It does have legitimate uses but I'd agree that it's also abused. Shut down most of connections to the various social media apps. No more "selfies" to all of your friends so they'll know where you are and who you're with at all times. That's just crazy. I'd take away texting as well. It's more dangerous than voice use in automobiles. It's easy to see who is texting while driving by their constant head bobbing from windshield to lap. I've no problem with carrying a phone for emergency use but it doesn't need to be stuck to one's ear at all times. I recall when I first heard people appear to be walking down the street and talking to themselves. I thought they were loony bin prospects until I learned they were on the phone.
