if they killed your service, why would the keep trying to hit you with all the charges??
Which has to be the worst company in the Business due to its "POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE". Eighteen months ago I
was involved in an accident and my hip was broken. Couldn't Work and VERIZON kept calling me and and threating me that they were going to put a lein on my house, that they were going to sue me for non payment of my bill. I was contacted after a few days and I asked them to let me pay my bill in a way that would best fit my situation. They disconected my phone and continued to charge me after cutting my phone off. To make it short......I ended up with a $1,400.00 bill. Now if this is a Utility they are price gauging and they continue to gauge people, how sweet is sweet?
There is no Phone within this atmosphere worth all of that and I refuse to pay a gauged sum especially after requesting it I could pay in a different maner.
