Cell phone transfer software

I have a Moto V400. What I would like, is software that transfer pictures to my PC ( Sony VIO series VGC-RA826) Have Snap Media, however XP2 does not like the USB driver. Will not let me install because it was not bleesed by Bill G!
I searched google and so far I am aware of Data Pilot Software. Price is a little high, however I am unsure that it will work with my phone. I use Cingular.

You need motorola mobile phonetools. I use it all the time with my Cingular V400
