cell phone shows up as a camera and cant access it

when i plug in my samsung sgh-a737 cell phone, my computer recognizes it as a camera and names it Digital Still Camera (sometimes #2). I tried so many things to fix it like uninstalling the driver about 20 times. The phone shows up fine on other computers but not mine. Can someone please help me? thanks in advance.

oh, and by the way, i have windows xp home edition sp3.
