cell phone providers and cable TV help!!!

Dec 31, 2016 4:01PM PST

This is coming straight off my head so please excuse any errors. Currently we have Century Link for DSL at 3MB which is the fastest we have in our area. We don't buy cable or satellite TV and have settled for a Roku TV and player along with antenna TV. We are unable to watch netflix and many other Roku channels due to our slow internet. We put a quality antenna on the roof which helped some but still way too much buffering and only 2 bars at most with Roku use. This is one issue I'm having and the other is Cell phone providers giving me the run around. I can't trust anything they say and have found them to be quite fast talkers. My husband knows nothing about the newer equipment or technology so I'm on my own. Is there a person out there with some spare time who could help me with choices on cell phone and internet? This is not giving you much to go on and I apologize. I'm just burned out on all the chats with providers and much lost time. I will try and make it as easy as I can if someone can work with me. These may be 2 seperate issues here too. In advance.. thank you. And Happy New Year.. soon to be..
