Cell phone ear volume

I just got a Sony Ericsson Z520a cell phone and the highest ear volume is very insuffient. I do wear hearing aids, but the volume is even quite lower than my old Motorola V60c. Which phones offer a higher ear volume. Preferably Cingular phones, but will look at other carriers.
