Question

CDs ejected not recd to be imported. What did I do?

Sep 13, 2011 11:07AM PDT

I'm a technophobe not technophile. Yes, CDs inserted are ejected not kept in a higher speed & set to be imported.

But I can't tell if this is a PC, iMac or what?

If a machine just ejects CDs on its own, this is not usually an iTunes issue but a failing drive.

Today I like it when it's just that drive.

Cheaper to replace it myself and cheaper than a new laptop. There are some that cringe at this but I wonder if I'll get a deal on a laptop with a bum DVD drive someday?

that question is kinda strange as it does not explain what you are trying to do or what is actually happening.

Ejected as unreadable due to unclean state?

Technically feasible, but what, this is now all the regular commercial audio CDs?
