General discussion

CD or DVD

I have been burning my slide shows to CD's and showing them on television with my CD/DVD player. The quality is terrible. Should I be burning the slide shows to DVD's instead?

Although there are various minor quirks that can make or break a good burn, all else being equal, a DVD should give much better results than a VCD.

If you plan on making many, that's what I would suggest.
