cd license tp play music onMP3

I have downloaded numerous cds to my mp3 but now one of them will not play unless I download a license. What license? from where? how much? why?

That's very uncommon with mp3's you ripped from a cd yourself. In fact, I'm inclined to say it's impossible.
I'd rip again and see what happens.

I've downloaded them (2 cd's) 3 times with 3 different programs!....Go figure!!!!

We know WMP can lock content to the PC.

I use CDEX to make MP3s from CDs that are not locked to the PC.
