CD labeling/ Roxio / lightscribe....

Sep 24, 2009 2:14PM PDT

Having searched the forums for both 'Roxio' and 'Lightscribe',
I can't find any answers....here's my scenario:

I have LOTS of vinyl records, which I am currently putting to CDs.
I use WaveCorrector, then the Roxio Creator DE 10 to make the CD
and burn the titles into the top of the CD. (LightScribe). So far,
I am unable to find any open-source SW to do the same, and it is
only this ONE function which keeps me from abandoning Windows
altogether. Nothing about Roxio on the Linux apps websites either.
I realize it's a trademark, but thought there might be a open
source pretty soon ??? After all - it's only 1's and 0's....thanks.

So try Brasero K3B and others. Plenty of them.
