I know that sound. I've seen it in many things so when it irks me I remove it and on the interface areas try a little cooking spray.

Hmm, does anybody know would it help if I contact Phanteks support? I read that some other case manufacturers sends spare parts (side window) in this situations..

Your choice.

I find such to be about a 10 minute job to clear up. It's something a PC builder might be expected to do.

Ok

I know, I will contact them, but I read that they response is way too slow. If they don`t help I will probably sell the case because this cracking sound can be very irritating in night Shocked

Acrylic window
Mar 27, 2016 12:18PM PDT

You think that cooking spray would realy help? In this case cracking sound is coming from acrylic window, not from steel to steel contact...

It's likely to be where the acrylic touchs the mount.

It's something of an art. Keep the spray just where it needs to go without getting it all over. Why cooking spray? Non toxic, usually in the house and really cheap.

Useful for a lot of things. It made quick work of squeaky door hinges on a house that was up for sale. 15 minutes, a few paper towels and the house sounded better. It was weird how many doors squeaked.

I will try it

How much does it last until start cracking again? How often do I need to spray it?

I've seen this last years.

Don't worry about feeling new to all this. Everyone starts somewhere, learns the tricks and fixes as they go.
